With over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Lisa brings a depth of knowledge that enables her to work closely with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
When not in the office, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, diving into a good book and exploring her local beaches.
Natalie Morgan
Natalie is our Auditor and is a highly skilled professional specialising in quality assurance and compliance remediation.
With a proven track record in leadership, she has effectively led teams at dealer group, private practice and banking levels, guiding them through change and fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and excellence.
Resilient and adaptable, Natalie is dedicated to delivering top-tier results, ensuring that every audit meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Outside of work, Natalie loves spending time with family and friends, is a self-confessed book worm and avid traveller.
Mel Tully
Mel is our Compliance Manager and brings a wealth of practical experience and unwavering dedication to the Guardian Team.
With her extensive expertise in operations, project management and creative design, Mel is exceptionally positioned to lead the Client Support Team to ensure our clients receive top-notch care. Her proactive approach and positive attitude are complemented by a keen eye for detail, ensuring that the engine room remains efficient and on task at all times.
Mel is an award-winning published author who loves to immerse herself in writing, enjoy quality time with family and friends, and explore new adventures in her spare time.
